TYPES OF GRANTS
Grants will be given only to public
charities that are tax-exempt under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue
Code and "not a private foundation" under section 509(a) of the Code.
Grants are most often awarded within the $10,000 to $50,000 range.
Within our areas of interest, the
majority of our grants will be of the following types:

outside the state of Colorado |
Exceptions may be made only at the
discretion of the Board of Trustees.
