DEADLINES
Deadlines are generally January 15 and the first
"business" day of May and September.

Proposals must be in
our office by 5:00 p.m. on these dates. If January 15 falls on a
weekend or the Martin Luther King Jr. holiday, proposals must be in our office
by 5:00 p.m. the Friday before January 15. We do not accept proposals
via fax or email.
Please
note:
 |
Applications
for school-year-only programs will not be accepted for the May
deadline. At a site visit, we want to see the program in action and be able to talk
to all the appropriate people. Generally, seeing an
abbreviated program is not acceptable. If the primary program for
which you are are requesting funding operates only between August and
June, please plan to apply at the September or January deadline. |

Final
grant decisions are made and monies released approximately four months
after each deadline. We are unable
to respond to emergency funding needs. |
