Welcome to our web site.  On the following pages you will find information to help you understand the Buell Foundation's mission and goals, as well as everything you need to apply for a grant.

Our mission. The Temple Hoyne Buell Foundation is a professional philanthropic organization supporting the positive development of children through grants and partnerships with other sectors of our community.  The Foundation will focus primarily on the state of Colorado and concentrate its grantmaking on programs that benefit children. 

We encourage phone calls and would be happy to talk with you at anytime during the grantmaking process. Our number is 303-744-1688, and our office hours are Monday - Friday from 8:30 am - 5:00 pm.

The Buell Foundation's Qualistar Rating Project is back!  
If your early childhood program is located OUTSIDE of Denver County, 
and it has never had a Qualistar rating, you might be eligible to apply.  
Please click here to be directed to the 
Qualistar Rating Project application guidelines.

We have fewer than 10 classroom slots left.  
Please call Marilie Hart at 303-744-1688 
before completing an application
for the Qualistar Rating Project.
